We conducted benchmarking, user personas, and empathy mapping to define key user pain points and motivations.Using the Design Thinking methodology, we structured the platform’s information architecture and crafted wireframes that prioritized clarity and usability. Every decision was based on UX best practices, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience that encourages users to explore and take action.
